Do you have a physical store? TOP
No. We are currently an online business only and do not have a retail store at this time. Is there any sales tax? TOP
Being an Ontario, Canada business, we apply an 8% provincial sales tax to all orders originating in the province of Ontario.
There is no Good and Services Tax (GST) applicable.
What is Paypal? How do I use it? TOP
Paypal has become a very
popular way to do business on the Internet.
This is because the
only people who will have your credit card or bank account information
is Paypal, a very secure, encrypted site. With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email
address by simply signing up and logging into your account at
www.PayPal.com. To send a payment, sign in to your PayPal account and
click the Send Money tab. Then enter your recipient's email address and
the amount you would like to send. I'm uncomfortable making a payment online. Can I still order? TOP

What shipping options do I have? TOP
Local pickup is available and there is no charge for this.
Shipping is via Canada Post regular mail in a secure bubble envelope. Shipping cost is $3.00 for the first item to the U.S. and Canada. I do offer shipping discounts for additional items purchased on the same invoice and shipped at the same time.
If you want insurance please let me know as I can not be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
Please note that shipping via regular mail to the U.S. takes approximately 10-14 business days to arrive. Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees charged by their customs department.

How long will it take for me to receive my order? TOP
Most items are available immediately. I will contact you if there is going to be a delay in getting your order out to you (eg. I am on vacation).
Custom orders such as lampwork beads and custom lampwork jewelry usually takes 4-6 days, plus shipping.
Please note that shipping via regular mail to the U.S. takes

If you can't find a particular item that you had found before
on my website, that means it has been discontinued. Items are usually
discontinued because of availability of supplies.

No, at this time there are no additional discounts.
