This beautiful lampwork pendant necklace is lovingly handmade by me, Gillian Soskin,
in my home glass studio using Caliente hand-pulled veiled cane glass...I love the swirls in this glass!
The
focal bead measures 24 x 17 x 7mm and has a base of Carnelian encased in Chocolate Swirl glass.
I
have accented it with sterling silver round beads and a Celtic trefoil loop. It is strung on a 2mm diameter brown solid core satin
cord.
The necklace measures 17 " (not including the pendant) and closes with a
silver lobster clasp. I have added a 2" chain extender for added
comfort if needed.
All
my beads go directly from the torch to kiln for controlled annealing. All beads
are inspected for flaws and thoroughly cleaned for you.
I am a self-representing glass artist (SRA # S107) which means that my beads
are individually made, by me, and not mass produced. I am also a member of the
International Society of Glass Beadmakers. |
