Under The Sea...Large Copper Mesh Lampwork Glass Focal Bead
This fabulous lampwork bead is lovingly handmade by me, Gillian Soskin, in my home glass studio using black, ivory, Double Helix Gaia glasses, copper mesh, and silvered ivory.

The raised textured bead measures 34 x 28mm in diameter and is 10mm thick. The bead hole is 2.4mm in diameter and runs through the black glass just before the copper mesh.

This style of bead was developed by Sherry Bellamy and she calls it a "Chaos" bead....just beautiful.

All my beads go directly from the torch to kiln for controlled annealing. All beads are inspected for flaws and thoroughly cleaned for you.

I am a self-representing glass artist (SRA # S107) which means that my beads are individually made, by me, and not mass produced. I am also a member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers.
