These
beads are made to order and will look very similar to the beads pictured...see
the description below.
Please allow 2-3 days for me to custom make your
beads.
This beautiful trio of amber and brown lampwork glass beads is lovingly
handmade by me, Gillian Soskin, in my home glass studio. I used a clear
base, Val Cox's Ocelot Spots frit, and encased them in clear to magnify
the effect.
The lentil-shaped focal bead measures 20mm in
diameter, and the donut-shaped, rondelle spacer beads measure 13 x 7mm.
They are made on 3/32" mandrels and the bead holes are 2.4mm in
diameter.
My photos are taken indoors in a light box with natural
lighting. The pictures have been enlarged so please check the size of
the beads. I have not enhanced the colours with photo-editing but keep
in mind monitors can show colours differently.
All my beads go
directly from the torch to kiln for controlled annealing. All beads are
inspected for flaws and thoroughly cleaned for you.
I am a
self-representing glass artist (SRA # S107) which means that my beads
are individually made, by me, and not mass produced. I am also a member
of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers.
