These
beads are made to order and will look very similar to the beads pictured...see
the description below.

This black and New Terra lampwork glass bead pair is lovingly handmade
by me, Gillian Soskin, in my home glass studio using a black base with
Double Helix New Terra, encased in clear glass and applied as scrollwork
and dots. I left the scrollwork raised this time for added textural
interest.
The donut-shaped rondelle beads measure 14 x 6mm. They are made on 3/32" mandrels and the bead holes are 2.4mm in diameter.
My
photos are taken indoors in a light box with studio lighting. The
pictures have been enlarged so please check the size of the beads. I
have not enhanced the colours with photo-editing but keep in mind
monitors can show colours differently.
All my beads go directly
from the torch to kiln for controlled annealing. All beads are inspected
for flaws and thoroughly cleaned for you.
I am a
self-representing glass artist (SRA # S107) which means that my beads
are individually made, by me, and not mass produced. I am also a member
of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers.
