Black & Ocher Floral Glass Bead Pair...Handmade Lampwork Beads SRA
These elegant black (actually a very deep purple when you hold them up to the light) and golden ocher glass beads are lovingly handmade by me, Gillian Soskin, in my home glass studio using a dark violet base and beautiful 3-petalled flowers of ivory and TAG Juno reactive glass, decorated with tiny green "leaves". The centres of the flowers have a dot of Double Helix Kronos 2 glass. The beads measure 15 x 8mm and are made on 3/32" mandrels. The bead holes measure 2.4mm in diameter. All my beads go directly from the torch to kiln for controlled annealing. All beads are inspected for flaws and thoroughly cleaned for you. I am a self-representing glass artist (SRA # S107) which means that my beads are individually made, by me, and not mass produced. I am also a member of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers. The last two pictures in this listing show my glass studio and me working at the torch.
